Alessandra (known to all as 'Kuki', her nickname since childhood) has been with Code Enigma since the business was founded, appointed as a Project Manager in 2014, then becoming Head of Project Management, she now oversees business operations alongside Greg and is the Directeur Général of Code Enigma's business in France, Code Enigma SAS. She is a certified ScrumMaster as well as having her PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. She is also a British Standards Institute trained internal auditor for ISO 9001 (quality management).
Prior to Code Enigma, having completed a Masters in International Marketing with distinction, she held roles in financial planning, sales forecasting and budgeting for companies in the fashion sector including Polo Ralph Lauren and Morgan De Toi, so she has a broad understanding of FinOps as well as project management.
She brings an important blend of skills to the business, whether she is leading a client project or guiding the company objectives.
