Data Protection Agreement

Below you'll find a link to our Data Protection Agreement (DPA), pre-signed by one of our directors, Greg Harvey.

If you think you need a DPA with us, download it, countersign it and store it for your records. You don't need to tell us you've taken a copy. You merely need to keep a countersigned copy to demonstrate your own compliance. 

If you're unsure if you need a DPA, take a copy, sign and store it for completeness. This DPA is an addendum to any existing contract and does not replace any previous agreements and/or contracts you have in place with Code Enigma, so there's no harm having a copy even if you don't technically need one.


Service Level Agreement

This SLA covers our Cloud Hosting services and Monthly or PAYG Support. You'll know what to expect from your uptime, what ticket statuses are available, how long it'll take for us to respond to the tickets you raise and how we'll communicate with you and manage those tickets.
