Since 2018, we've won an award every year. 2022 is looking promising already. We have received five nominations so far, spread across three different awards.
Of course, winning is always a great feeling for everybody at the company. However, it is certainly an achievement in and of itself to be nominated. It is recognition that our work is making a difference.
We don't do this work alone. In fact, collaboration is part and parcel of how we get projects done. The clients that we work with are equally as important and we wouldn't be nominated without their input.
Awards we're up for
Computing nominated us for this year's DevOps Excellence Awards. We were up for three and sadly didn't win. However, every year, standards rise, therefore being a finalist in the coveted DevOps Excellence Awards is a significant accomplishment in and of itself.
Winners were presented at a live awards event on Wednesday, March 23 in London. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it in person, however, it's great to see these things happening again.
Additionally, we’re up for Excellence in Cloud Europe Award 2022 at the Datacloud Global Awards 2022. Winners to be announced at the ceremony in Monaco on April 25.
Finally, the most recent nomination is the Global Business Tech Awards. We're in the running for Best Application of Tech for the Public sector with regard to our work with Croydon Council in helping them get onto LocalGov Drupal. We'll find out about this on May 5.
