Reselling and partnership deals with hosting companies and support providers are nothing new, but all too often those partnerships are a meaningless logo swap. We've decided to do something a little different. It's a straight revenue share model on referred business. You refer someone to us, we take on that business, you get 10%. And if it's a recurring revenue stream, like a hosting or support contract, you continue to get 10% for as long as your customer remains our customer. It's that simple. Furthermore, our support and hosting products can be completely white-labeled. Our Drupal-based support dashboards are branded to match whatever you need, whether it's your end customer's branding or your own. Linked to Redmine on the back-end, ticketing is passed through our usual, ISO 27001-certified support channels, but on the front it's your dashboard, even with your own domain if you wish. You can outsource your application support and server management without outsourcing the customer relationship - and we think that's unique.
