For YubiKeys you will need to ask for a Code Enigma key, at this time we cannot support personal U2F devices (although we hope to soon).

However, you can register as many TOTP tokens as you wish. TOTP is an industry standard time-based one-time password supported by a range of authenticator apps, including but not limited to:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
  • LastPass Authenticator

For TOTP tokens in any standards-compliant app, first login to our 2FA server:

Once you login the Enroll TOTP Token tab should be active by default. Click on the Enroll TOTP Token button at the bottom of the tab and a QR code will pop up. Scan the QR code with your app and click OK, then you will be asked to confirm the code in your app to complete the process.

If you are not using a "portable" solution like Authy, you may want to save the seed somewhere secure so you can activate the same token on another device in the future.

If you cannot login to create a token because there is an active one and you've lost/wiped your device with the authenticator app installed, please raise a ticket (no 2FA required).
