Agile Project Management Training

Based on extensive experience of using the Agile Scrum framework for running projects, we have developed a one-day training course specifically for clients interested in using Agile. Our course covers the basic principles of Scrum but also explains how we’ve customised those to handle real-world problems.

The course was originally developed to introduce our own clients to what’s required to successfully use Agile but has been so well received that we decided to open it out to a wider audience. It uses a combination of talk, examples, and workshop exercises to give a really practical grounding in how to make Agile work for you.

Although the course is oriented towards clients, we have also delivered it to software developers who, we’re happy to say, have found the course very useful.
